Care instructions

Place a card alongside your baby and the included teddy bear during milestone photos, or display in the nursery as a keepsake. Store cards flat in a dry place when not in use. Spot clean the teddy bear with a damp cloth and mild detergent, or hand wash gently in cool water if needed. Gently press out excess water and allow to air dry completely. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or iron the teddy bear.

All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Australia, with all duties and tariffs pre-paid. There is nothing additional to pay upon delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same or next business day (Monday to Friday).

All FlyByFly products are backed by a 30-day returns and exchanges policy, giving you added peace of mind when shopping for baby and nursery essentials.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be received in new condition:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

We are unable to process refunds or exchanges for products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or removal from their original packaging.

Please note that return postage costs for cancellations or change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
