Care instructions

Perfect for cuddles, playtime, and comforting moments throughout the day. Hand wash only in cool water with mild detergent. Gently press out excess water and allow to air dry completely. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or iron.

All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Australia, with all duties and tariffs pre-paid. There is nothing additional to pay upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be received in new condition:

  • Tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

We are unable to process refunds or exchanges for products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or removal from their original packaging.

Please note that return postage costs for cancellations or change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
